How to activate the product
This is the first time you have purchased a product from todate.com and you wish to install it on your desktop? This section provides advice for the complete activation of your DATA BECKER product. To ensure the successful activation of your product, please read the following instructions:
Instructions for activating your product
- Any earlier version of the software must be installed on your computer
- If you still have the trial version installed on your computer, you do not need to uninstall it
- Automatic activation is possible only with the browsers FIREFOX and INTERNET EXPLORER
- Make sure to close any application or programmes you may be running and that your anti-virus scanner is disabled
- Make sure you have a stable Internet connection to allow data exchange during activation
- Ensure that the computer you are now using is the one on which you want to install your product
- Access to your customer account is required for activation, please have your username and password ready
- The licence key is required during product activation. This is a series of numbers which can be found in the confirmation email sent to you after purchasing the product

How do I reactivate my DATA BECKER product?
You have previously installed the product on your computer. For various reasons (you have purchased a new computer or you have reformatted your computer), you want to install it on another computer. Then please follow these guidelines:
Instructions for reactivating your product
- Automatic reactivation occurs only with FIREFOX and INTERNET EXPLORER browsers
- Make sure to close any application or programmes you may be running and that your anti-virus scanner is disabled
- Reactivation can be done either on a new computer, or on the same computer after reformatting
- Make sure you have a stable Internet connection to allow data exchange during activation
- Ensure that the computer you are now using is the one on which you want to reinstall your product
- If this is a new computer make sure you uninstall the software from the old computer first
- Access to your customer account is required for reactivation, please have your username and password ready
